糖尿病的社区干预效果分析

目的:探讨糖尿病进行社区干预的效果,为糖尿病患者的社区干预提供依据。方法:将180例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(社区干预组)和对照组(非社区干预组)各90例,随访观察12个月后比较两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、糖尿病知识知晓率、治疗依从性情况。结果:观察组FBG、PBG、HbAlc、糖尿病知识知晓率、治疗依从性情况与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:对糖尿病患者进行社区干预可以改善血糖水平、提高治疗依从性。

Analysis of the Effect of the Diabetes Community Intervention

Objective:To investigate the effect of diabetes for community intervention for patients with diabetes community interventions.Methods:180 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups(community intervention group) and control group(non-community intervention group),90 patients after 12 months of follow-up study compared two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose(FBG),meal after 2h blood glucose(PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),diabetes knowledge,awareness,treatment compliance situation.Results:The FBG,PBG,HbAlc,diabetes knowledge,awareness,treatment and compliance of the control group were significantly different(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Diabetic patients with community-based interventions can improve blood sugar levels,improve treatment compliance.
