高频超声的阑尾炎解剖观察

目的:探讨高频超声应用于观察阑尾炎解剖位置的意义。方法:采用PHILIPS5000型彩色多谱勒超声诊断仪检查138例阑尾炎患者,并与术中诊断进行对照分析。结果:高频超声的阑尾解剖位置诊断与术中诊断符合率高,占90.6%(125/138)。不同位置阑尾显示情况如下:回肠前位52例(37.7%)、盆位32例(23.2%)、盲肠后位23例(16.7%)、回肠后位15例(10.9%)、盲肠下位及盲肠外位16例(11.6%)。结论:高频超声的解剖学诊断可以为手术切口位置的选择及手术方案制定提供可靠依据。

The Anatomy of appendicitis with high frequency ultrasound.
