血管覆膜支架置入治疗Stanford B型胸主动脉夹层16例

目的探讨采用血管覆膜支架置入治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层的经验和方法。方法自2004年9月～2007年2月,采用血管覆膜支架置入治疗Stanford B型胸主动脉夹层16例,所有支架均经股动脉置入,封堵胸主动脉破裂口。术后所有病例均进行了随访。结果支架释放全部成功,夹层破裂口成功封闭,夹层真腔全部恢复正常,随访1~24个月,无远端动脉并发症发生,无死亡病例,全部患者术后恢复正常活动。结论血管覆膜支架适合治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层,方法简单有效。

Treatment of Stanford B type thoracic aortic dissection with endovascular stent-graft in sixteen case

Objective] To explore the operation technique and experience of endovascular graft exclusion in treatment of Stanford B thoracic aortic dissection. Methods] From September 2004 to February 2007, sixteen patients with Stanford B type aortic dissection were treated with coated stent-graft by interventional therapy and were followed up. All stent-grafts were placed via femoral artery to occlude the primary entry tear. Result] All patients had been placed coated stent successfully only one time. The false lumens of thoracic arortlc dissection were occluded entirely and the compressed true lumens were restored to normal size. None of the patients had any stent-related complications during following up for 1 to 24 months. All cases recovered well. Conclusion] Endovascular stentgraft exclusion is simple and efficient for Stanford B aortic dissection aneurysm.
