HPLC-ELSD测定枣仁安神胶囊中酸枣仁皂苷A的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法联合蒸发光检测器测定枣仁安神胶囊中酸枣仁皂苷A含量的方法,为该制剂质量标准提供依据。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD方法,固定相为Agilent TC（2）-C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.2%醋酸（68:32）,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,柱温:30℃;ELSD检测雾化温度45℃,气体流速为1.6 L·min^-1。结果:酸枣仁皂苷A的线性范围为22.5～360.0μg·min^-1,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.06%（n=6）。结论:本法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为枣仁安神胶囊的质量控制方法。

Determination of Jujuboside A in Zaoren Anshen Capsules by HPLC-ELSD

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining jujuboside A in Zaoren Anshen capsules for quality control. Method： The determination was performed on Agilent TC （2）-C18 （250 mm×4. 6 mm ,5μm） column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 2% acetic acid （68： 32） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1. The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 45℃,and nitrogen flow rate was 1.6 L·min-1. Result： The linear range of jujuboside A was 22. 5-360. 0μg·ml-1 （r = 0. 999 5）. The recovery was 99. 8 % with RSD of 1.06 % （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the determination of jujuboside A in Zaoren Anshen capsules for quality control.
