| 摘 要： | 对扩张型心肌病、风湿性心脏病，原发性高血压，冠心病及肥厚型心肌病进行外周血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体，Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞活性的检测，并与健康对照组比较，结果显示：ＤＣＭ组，ＲＨＤ组及ＥＨＴ组的ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ明显高于ＮＣ组，而ＤＣＭ、ＲＨＤ风湿活动组的ＮＫ活性低于ＮＣ组，ＥＨＴ组ＮＫ活性高于ＮＣ组。 |

| Abstract: | The serum soluble interleukin-2-receptor(sIL-2R)levels,pripheral blood T-lymphocyte sub-sets(CD3,CD4,and CD8)and natural kiiler cell activity(NK)were studied in the patients with idiopathic di- lated cardiomyopathy(DCM),rheumatic heart diseases(RHD),essential hypertension(EHT),coronary heartdisease(CHD),idiopathic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)and in normal control suUects(NC).It showedthat the levels of slL- 2R were higher in DCM, RHD and EHT than those in NC,the NK cytotoxicity waslower in DCM,RHD with rheumatic fever than that in NC,the percentage of CD8 was statistically lower,butthe CD4/CD8 ratio was higher in DCM,RHD,EHT and CHD than that in NC, The results suggested that theaberrant slL-2R or cellular iminunity may take part in the pathogenesis of DCNI,RHD,EHT and CHD. |
