参芪汤对糖尿病大鼠勃起功能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨参芪汤对雄性糖尿病大鼠勃起功能的作用。方法 48只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常 对照组(NC组);糖尿病组(DM组),链脲佐菌素60mg/kg腹腔注射;中药治疗组(DD组),参芪汤17.7g· kg-1·d-1灌胃。检测各组第8周的血糖、阴茎勃起潜伏期、酶组化及图象分析观察阴茎海绵体中一氧化氮合 酶(NOS)和球海绵体肌中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的活性。结果 DD组的血糖略低于DM组,无差异(P> 0.05)。DD组阴茎勃起潜伏期明显短于DM组,差异显著(P<0.05)。DD组的NOS、AchE的阳性反应显著 强于DM组,差异显著(P<0.05)。DD组的勃起潜伏期、NOS、AchE阳性反应与正常组接近。结论 参芪汤 可能通过增加NOS和AchE活性,发挥改善阴茎勃起功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Shen-qi decoction on the erectile function of the male diabetic rats.Methods 48 Wistar rats were randomized into 3 groups: normal control rats (NC group), streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats (DM group) and diabetic rats treated with Sen-QI decoction (DD group). The erectile latency of the penis was measured the eighth week after treatment, while the activities of the nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in corpora cavemose penis and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) in bulbocavernosus were observed by enzymohistochemstry and analyzed with the quantitative image analysis system.Results The erectile latency in group DD was shorter apparently (P<0.05) than that in group DM. The positive reaction of NOS and AchE was significantly stronger in DD group than in group DM (P<0.05). Both erectile latency time and the gray values of NOS and AchE in group DD and the group NC were quite on a close range.Conclusion Sheng-qi decoction improve the erectile function of the diabetes rat by increasing the activities of NOS and AchE.
