81例精神分裂症患者自杀行为的随访研究

目的研究精神分裂症患者自杀行为的危险因素及其防治策略。方法对81例出现自杀行为的精神分裂患者进行6年跟踪随访。结果在随访期,有60.1%的患者再次出现自杀行为,其中17.3%的患者自杀身亡。再次出现自杀的危险因素有阳性精神病和自杀家族史、社会支持状态较差、维持治疗不好等。结论有自杀行为的精神分裂症患者再次发生自杀的概率较大,重视该类患者缓解期的药物治疗和建立良好的社会支持系统是防止自杀的重要措施。

A follow-up study of 81 schizophrenics with suicidal behavior

Objective To investigate the risk factors for suicidal behavior in schizophrenics and the corresponding preventive and therapeutic strategy.Methods A cohort of 81 schizophrenics with suicidal behavior was followed-up over 6 year.Results In total,60.1% of patients reattempted suitcase,of which 17.3% died from suicide during the follow-up.The risk factors for suicide reattempt included history of family psychosis or suicidal behavior,and a poor social support and maintenance therapeutic effect.Conclusion The probability of suicide reattempt is higher in schizophrenics with suicidal behavior.It is vital to strengthen drug treatment in the rehabilitation period and set up a favourable social support system so as to prevent suicide.
