| 摘 要： | 目的分析面神经炎病人焦虑状况及其影响因素,并采取相应的措施,以提高患者的心理应激能力。方法应用焦点自评量表(SAS)及自制调查问卷分析评估128例面神经炎住院病人焦虑状况及相关因素。结果114例出现不同程度的焦虑,占89.1%;焦虑的发生及程度受面肌瘫痪、口眼歪斜、疾病知识缺乏及经济困难等因素影响。结论建立良好的护患关系,加强心理护理,做好康复指导及生活指导,可缓解病人的焦虑情绪。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anxiety level and related factors in patients with facial neuritis and take relative measures to improve their adjusting ability. Methods Self- evaluate sheet and questionnaire were used to investigate 128 in - patients with facial neuritis. Results 89. 1% patients had anxiety of different levels, which was affected by facial paralysis ,paralysis deflection ,lack of knowledge of the disease and economic difficulty. Conclusion The anxiety can be reduced by building up good relationship and improving mental nursing and instructions in healing and life. |
