谈脾胃病的成因及治疗

元气是人体生命之本,而脾胃为滋养五脏、产生元气之本。治疗任何疾病,均应照顾脾胃。脾胃病与肝、脾、胃密切相关,脾虚、肝郁、胃实且虚实寒热常偏于某一脏器,这是脾胃病常见之病理,健脾、疏肝、和胃是治疗脾胃病总的指导思想和原则,应视其偏向而随证治之。脾胃病中,气虚甚至阳虚者占95%左右,久病、年老、体弱者更甚。用药以甘温为主,慎用苦寒泻下,且宜轻灵、平稳,有方有守。临证应重视四诊合参,尤重症状和舌诊,要因人、因时、因地施治。

Primordial Qi is the source of human life,while the spleen and the stomach are the source of the nourishing the five Zang organs and producing the primordial Qi.Therefore,whatever disease is treated,the spleen and the stomach should be considered.The spleen-stomach disease is closely related with the liver,the spleen and the stomach.The common pathology of the spleen-stomach disease is that spleen deficiency,stagnation of the liver Qi,the excess of the stomach and the cold,heat,deficiency and excess usually occur in a certain organ.The whole directed ideas and the principle for treating the spleen-stomach disease are strengthening the spleen,soothing the liver and regulating the function of the stomach,so the treatment should be given according to the syndrome.In the spleen-stomach disease,about 95% patients are qi deficiency,or even yang deficiency,and the weak health due to enduring sickness express more serious.Drugs sweet and warm in nature should mainly be used,and the diarrhea by using purging drugs bitter in taster and cold in nature should be used carefully.The drug usage had better be flexible,stable.Four diagnostic methods,especially the symptoms and the tongue-inspection should be stressed on in the treatment,and the treatment should be different according to different patients,seasons and places.
