| 摘 要： | 目的研究瘦素与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)肝纤维化发生与发展的关系。方法用ELISA方法测定30例NAFL患者血清瘦素水平,20例健康人作为对照组,同时检测NAFL患者的血清肝纤维化指标HA、LN、PCⅢ,对血清瘦素与肝纤维化指标的关系进行分析。结果NAFL患者血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组,轻、中、重度非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素水平依次增高,差异有显著性(p<0.05);中、重度非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素水平与肝纤维化血清学指标呈正相关。结论瘦素在NAFL发病中具有独立的致病作用,并可能是NAFL肝纤维化形成中重要的调控因子之一。 |

Correlative Study of Serum Leptin and Liver Fibrosis in Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin,the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFL)disease.Methods The serum leptin and Liver fibrosis indexes in 30 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver were determined by means of ELISA and 20 heathy control groups.Results The levels of serum leptin in patients with NAFL disease were higher than that of normal control groups.The levels of leptin were significantly related to liver fibrosis indexes in patients with NAFL(P <0.05).Conclusion The serum leptin is one of the independent dangerous factors and maybe one of the important regulating factors in formation of liver fibrosis in NAFL disease. |
