三利巴布膏剂的消肿止痛作用及皮肤刺激性研究

目的研究三利巴布膏剂的消肿止痛作用，并观察其皮肤刺激性。方法采用自制打击器造成家兔急性软组织损伤模型，观察三利巴布膏剂的消肿作用，应用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法观察三利巴布膏剂的止痛作用，利用健康家兔观察三利巴布膏剂皮肤用药的刺激反应。结果三利巴布膏剂具有明显消肿作用，能够显著提高小鼠的痛阈值和减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的次数，单次和多次给药均无明显皮肤刺激性。结论三利巴布膏剂外用安全有效。

Study on the repercussive and analgesic effects and skin irritations of cataplasm containing sanchi and lidocaine hydrochloride

Objective To study the repercussive and analgesic effects and skin irritations of cataplasm containing sanchi and lidocaine hydrochloride. Methods Rabbit models with acute soft tissue injury were used to test the repercussive effects of cataplasms. Classic hot plate and acetic acid stretching ache models were used to test the analgesic effects of cataplasms, and healthy rabbits were used to observe the skin irritations of cataplasms. Results Significantly repercussive effects was revealed in the rabbit model with cataplasm containing sanchi and lidocaine bydrocbloride, the pain threshold can be increased, and stretching response frequency can be decreased, and also no significantly skin irritation had been observed. Conclusion The cataplasm containing sanchi and lidocaine hydrochloride is safe and effective by external use.
