颈椎自锁ZEPHIR钢板在外伤性颈椎失稳治疗中的应用

目的：探讨颈椎前路ZEPHIR钢板内固定在外伤性颈椎失稳中应用的临床效果。方法：对15例外伤性颈椎失稳患者行颈椎前路减压、自体髂骨植骨和ZEPHIR钢板内固定术，并对术后植骨愈合、神经功能恢复进行观察。结果：15例患者术后随访6．24个月，平均11个月，椎间植骨均在术后3个月内临床愈合，所有病例神经功能按Frankel分级，均有1～2个级别恢复。本组无严重并发症。结论：ZEPHIR钢板具备优良的植入物设计和力学性能。颈椎前路减压、自体髂骨植骨和ZEPHIR钢板内固定术后颈椎获得即刻稳定，无需附加牢固的外固定，能显著提高植骨融合率。

The Value of Cervical Spine Locking ZEPHIR Plate in the Treatment of Traumatic Instable Cervical Spine.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cervical spine locking ZEPHIR plate in the treatment of traumatic instable cervical spine.Methods:15 cases with traumatic instable cervical spine were treated with anterior cervical decompression,self iliac bone transplantation and ZEPHIR plate internal fixation.The postoperative fusion of bone graft and the nervous function were observed.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months;the mean period was 11 months.Solid fusions were obtained in all cases in postoperative 3 months.All cases improved nervous function for 1 to 2 grades according to Frankel classification.There were no serious complications except 2 plate deflexion.Conclusion:ZEPHIR plate has good insert design and mechanics efficiency.Anterior cervical decompression combined with self iliac bone transplantation and ZEPHIR plate internal fixation can gain instant stability of cervical vertebrae and greatly improve the fusion of bone graft without any fast external fixation.
