| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术（PKP）治疗骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折的手术效果。方法对35例（79个椎体）骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折患者采用PKP治疗,对其临床效果进行评价及随访。结果骨水泥渗漏率达15.19%,但均无明显神经、血管损伤或压迫症状。35例原有胸腰背部疼痛均在术后第2天即明显减轻,随访3个月-3年,疼痛缓解明显,无复发。结论PKP治疗骨质疏松脊柱压缩性骨折可取得良好的手术效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) for the treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture of spine.Methods 35 cases(79 vertebrae) of osteoporotic compression fracture of spine were treated with PKP.The effect was followed and evaluated.Results Cement leakage was found in 15.19%.No nerve and vessel injury or compression sign was found.All cases got pain relief in 2 days postoperatively.In the follow-up of 3~36 months,no recurrence was found.Conclusions PKP can provide good effect in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture of spine. |
