摘    要:采用四阶导数光谱法,测定复方呋喃西林滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,排除了其他组分的干扰,线性范围为0.0517~0.2585mg/ml,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.49%(n=7)。方法简便,快速,准确。

Abstract:A fourth order derivative spectrophotometric method was used for the quantitative determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in compound furacilin nasal drops with the interference of other components eliminated. The calibration curve is linear in the range from 0.0517mg/ml to 0.2585mg/ml, the mean recovery was 99.40% and RSD was 0.49% (n = 7) .The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
