复方甘草酸苷治疗肝炎肝硬化疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷治疗肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法:58例肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(28例)。治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液80mL,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注;对照组给予还原型谷胱甘肽1.2g,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注。2组均为1次.d-1,连用4wk。对腹水患者均适当使用口服利尿药。1mo后观察症状和肝功能恢复情况。结果:治疗组在症状和肝功能氨基转移酶的下降上都较对照组有显著性差异。在腹水的消退时间上2组无显著性差异。结论:复方甘草酸苷可用于治疗失代偿期肝硬化。

Compound Glycyrrhizin for Hepatic Cirrhosis Caused by Hepatitis B: Observation of Curative Efficacy

OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in treating hepatic cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B.METHODS: A total of 58 patients with hepatic cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B were randomized into two groups: 30 in the trial group received compound glycyrrhizin injection 80mL(which was added into 250mL 5% glucose injection) by intravenous drip infusion once daily for 4 weeks,and 28 in the control group received reduced glutathione 1.2g(which was added into 250mL 5% glucose injection) also by intravenous drip infusion once daily for 4 weeks.The patients with abdominal dropsy were additionally administrated oral diuretics appropriately.The changes of hepatic function and symptoms were evaluated at 1 month.RESULTS: There were significant differences between the trial group and the control group in changes of hepatic function(reduction of aminopherase level) and symptoms,but there were no significant differences between the two groups in the subsiding time of abdominal dropsy.CONCLUSION: Compound glycyrrhizin can be used to treat hepatic cirrhosis at decompensation stage.
