临床药师在ICU药学服务中的作用

目的探索临床药师在ICU药学服务的切入点.方法2002年8月至2004年12月主要从规范抗菌药物的预防用药和经验用药,制定个体化抗感染治疗方案,保护具特色的抗菌药物,制定深部真菌感染危险因素评估及防治方案,监测和防止药物不良反应发生,提高用药安全性等方面切入,开展药学服务.结果ICU抗感染疗效大为提高,多重耐药菌株显著减少,院内感染率从2002年的39.6%下降到2003年的35.4%、2004年的28.5%,并有效地降低了药物不良反应的发生率,提高哌了用药安全性.结论临床药师在ICU的药学服务,对合理、安全用药起到了应有的作用.

Action of clinical pharmacists on pharmaceutical care in ICU

AIM To explore works of clinical pharmacists on pharmaceutical care in intensive care unit. METHODS Works of pharmaceutical care were done from 2002/8 to 2004/12 in normalizing preventive and empirical therapy of antibiotics, making individual anti-infection therapeutic scheme, protecting characteristic antibiotics, making risk factors evaluation and scheme of prevention and treatment on deep fungal infection, monitoring and preventing adverse drag reactions, advancing safety of drag therapy. RESULTS The effect of drag therapy in anti-infection was advanced. A lot of antibiotics resistant bacteria were decreased significantly. The frequency of hospital acquired infection was reduced from 39. 6% in 2002 to 35.4% in 2003 and 28.5% in 2004 .The frequency of adverse drag reaction was lowered effectively.The safety of drag therapy was advanced. CONCLUSION In ICU pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists advanced rationality and safety of drug application.
