栀子中总黄酮和多糖的微波提取与含量测定

摘    要:目的从栀子中提取总黄酮和多糖,并测定其含量。方法运用微波技术提取栀子总黄酮和多糖,用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果测得栀子中总黄酮含量为3.27%,平均回收率为100.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.95%(n=5);多糖含量为10.53%,平均回收率为101.32%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.05%(n=5)。结论运用微波技术从栀子中联合提取总黄酮和多糖,提取速度加快,提高了提取效率。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Fructus Gardeniae.METHODS Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Fructus Gardeniae were extracted by microwave technique and determined by colorimetry. RESULTS Total flavonoids in Fructus Gardeniae was 3.27%,and the recovery rate was 100.5%,RSD was 1.95%(n=5);polysaccharides in Fructus Gardeniae was 10.53%,and recovery rate was 101.32%,RSD was(1.05%)(n=5).CONCLUSION Microwave technique was applied to extracting total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Fructus Gardeniae for the first time.The extraction speed is faster and the resul is satisfactory.
