新疆棘球绦虫的形态学和生物学观察

摘    要:在观察1950~1984年采自华北及新疆十个县市的细粒棘球绦虫(582条),细粒棘球蚴(hydatid cyst)及泡状棘球蚴(alveolar hydatid cyst)232个的形态中,发现新疆北疆北部及沿天山地区存在不同的细粒棘球绦虫虫株。人与动物的棘球蚴及原头蚴在某些形态上极为相似。细粒棘球蚴在人体内的发育存在差异。角质层可有多种不同形态的结构。用人体肝泡状棘球蚴感染动物,其发育速度可随转种代数增加而促使其迅速发育成囊。~(60)钴500~2500rad照射不能杀死羊肝内原头蚴。

Abstract:Echinococcus granulosus were collected from natural infected dogs in 10 counties of Northern Xinjiang. There are two different strains according to the characters of rostellar hooks and other structures, even in the pathogenicity in the human cases. 232 specimens with hydatid cysts of E. granulosus and alveolar cysts of E. multilocularis from surgical resection, natural infection of domestic animals and experimental infection of rodents were also observed. There are seven types of tissue injuries or morphological changes of laminated layers. As for experimental infection with protoscolices to mice or rats peritoneally, the cysts always belong to acephalous. The natural morbility of the protoscolex from human origin about 11 percent. No influence to sheep origin protoscolice when exposed to ~(60)Co from 500-2500 tad.
