| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在"C"臂引导下应用空心加压钛螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折的方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年1月,对41例新鲜股骨颈骨折患者在"C"型臂X线机透视下,应用空心加压钛螺钉治疗效果,并进行随访。结果:41例患者获得6.5～28个月的随访,平均19个月,优30例(73.2%),良8例(19.5%),差3例(7.3%),优良率92.7%。所有患者术后无感染、断钉现象。结论:闭合复位经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折创伤小、并发症少,是理想的治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical method and results of fresh femoral neck fracture treated with compressed hollow titanium screws guided by C-arm.Methods:To retrospectively observe the results of 41 cases of femoral neck fracture during January 2009 to January 2011.They were all treated with compressed hollow screws.Results:41 patients received 6.5 to 28 months of follow-up,an average of 19 months,excellent in 30 cases(73.2%),good in 8 cases(19.5%),poor in 3 cases(7.3%),fine rate of 92.7%.All the patients were without infection,screw breakage.Conclusion:With little trauma and fewer complication after operation,closed reduction and percutaneous compressed hollow titanium screws fixation of fresh femoral neck fracture of young adults is an ideal method. |
