| 摘 要： | 目的：观察独活寄生汤加味外敷治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各45例,对照组采用甲泼尼龙注射液40mg,1次／d,20％甘露醇注射液125ml,2次／d,联合局部红外线理疗给予治疗,实验组在此基础上加用独活寄生汤加味外敷给予治疗。结果：实验组治愈40例,好转3例,未愈2例,总有效率95．6％;治疗后膝关节功能指标积分为（4．71±0．36）分,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：独活寄生汤加味外敷治疗膝关节滑膜炎效果显著,且能明显改善膝关节功能。

Clinical efficacy of treating knee synovitis with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating knee synovitis with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,45 cases in each group,the control group were treated with methylprednisolone injection solution 40mg,once a day,20% mannitol 125ml twice a day,combined with local infrared therapy.And in the experimental group on the basis of this was given the Duhuo Jisheng decoction for treatment.Results:In the experimental group,cured in 40 cases,improved in 3 cases,not cured in 2 cases,the total efficiency was 95.6%;knee function after treatment index score(4.71 ±0.36) points compared with the control group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating knee synovitis with the Duhuo Jisheng decoction has significant effect,and can significantly improve knee function. |
