| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位按摩促进尿潴留病人排尿的疗效。方法：将216例骨科术后尿潴留病人随机分为观察组和对照组各108例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加穴位按摩，对照组按常规治疗，观察比较两组在治疗后6h的疗效。结果：6h排尿通畅，观察纽明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：提示石门、中极穴位按摩能有效促进骨科术后病人的排尿。 |

Clinical observation on promoting voiding of urinary retention in patients after orthopedic surgery with acupoint massage |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint massage in promoting of urinary retention in patients with voiding.Methods:216 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,108 cases for each.The observation group was given the conventional therapy plus acupoint massage,the control group was treated with conventional treatment.The efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared 6 hours after treatment.Results:6 hours of voiding smooth,the observation group was better than taht of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The acupoint massage was effective in promoting the voiding of the orthopedic patients. |
