辛夷正己烷萃取物的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:分析辛夷正己烷萃取物中挥发性成分。方法:采用正己烷超声萃取法从辛夷中提取挥发油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果:经气相色谱从辛夷正己烷萃取物中分别鉴定出了40种化合物。结论:本方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于中药挥发油的成分快速分析。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the chemical compositions of volatile oil in n-hexane extract from flos magnoliae.Methods:Essential oil was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane,the chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data.Results:40 kinds of volatile components were separated and identified.Conclusion:This method is stable,reliable and reproducible.It is suitable for quick analysis of volatile oil from Chinese traditional medicine.
