| 摘 要： | 在总结日本、泰国、印度和美国四国解决农村地区卫生人才缺乏问题经验的基础上,提出了"建设几所专门培养农村地区卫生技术人才的医学院校、实行一系列优惠政策稳定农村卫生技术人才队伍;利用现代教育技术,提高农村卫生技术人才的技术水平"等一套解决我国农村地区卫生人才缺乏问题的系统方案。

| Abstract: | Based on summarization of experiences of solving the problem of shortage of health professionals in rural areas of Japan,Thailand,India and the United States,a series of countermeasures were put forward to solve this problem,mainly as developing several medical schools exclusively for rural areas,implementing a series of preferential policies to stabilize rural health professional team,and applying modern education technology to improve the technique of rural health professionals. |
