清热利湿法治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎36例

目的：观察清热利湿法治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法：2008年6月～2011年6月，采用清热利湿法治疗36例脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，年龄33-65岁，平均49岁；男20例，女16例。观察其临床疗效，包括临床有效率，胃镜有效率及病理有效率。结果：清热利湿法治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的总有效率为94．44％。胃镜检查疗效总有效率91．67％。病理检查疗效总有效率为88．89％。患者临床症状明显改善。结论：清热利湿法治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎，副作用少、服用方便，临床疗效满意，是较为理想的治疗方法之一。

Treating 36 cases of stomach damp heat type of CAG by Qingre Lishi method

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating stomach damp heat type of CAG by Qingre Lishi method. Methods From June 2008 to June 2011, treating 36 cases of stomach damp heat type of chronic atrophic gastritis by Qingre Lishi method, age from 33 to 65 years, an average of 49 years old; 20 males and 16 females. To observe the clinical efficacy, including clinical efficiency and endoscopy efficiency and pathological efficient. Results： The total effective rate of Qingre Lishi method was 94.44%, the total effective rate of gastroscopy was 91.67%, total effective rate of pathology was 88.89%. The clinical symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion： The Qingre Lishi method in treating CAG, has side effects less easy to take, the clinical results were satisfactory, that is one of the more desirable method of treatment.
