586例中药注射剂不良反应分析

目的：总结中药注射剂不良反应的发生规律、情况及特点，促进临床医师合理用药。方法：将我院自2008年1月～2011年12月门诊及住院病人在静点中药注射剂过程中突发不良反应应用回顾性研究方法进行统计分析。结果：经过对中药注射剂的不良反应统计分析可知，不良反应发生率较高的人群是中老年人；引起不良反应的品种主要有治疗上呼吸道感染和心脑血管疾病的药物；不良反应以皮肤表皮出血点及其全身性损害、附件损害为主，涉及清开灵注射剂、丹参注射剂、双黄连注射剂、刺五加注射剂等52个品种。结论：中药注射剂的不良反应应受到各有关部门重视，充实、完善药品上市后的再评价体系，加强各环节对中药注射剂的监管，以期能更好的指导，临床用药，充分发挥中药注射剂的治疗效果而又避免不良反应的发生。

An analysis on 586 cases of the TCM injection adverse reactions

Objective:To summarize the TCM injections occurrence of adverse reactions,the situation and the characteristics of promote clinicians rational medicine use.Methods:Our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011,both inpatients and outpatients sudden static point of the TCM injection process applications retrospective study of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed.Results:After the TCM injection adverse reactions statistical analysis shows that the incidence of adverse reactions of the people who are higher in old people,cause adverse reactions are mainly have treatment of upper respiratory tract infection with disease of heart head blood-vessel medicine;Adverse reactions to the skin epidermis petechiae and systemic damage,accessories damage is given priority to,involves the Qingkai Ling injection,salvia miltiorrhiza injection,Shuanghuang lian injection,acanthopanax injection and other 52 varieties.Conclusion:The adverse effects of TCM injections should be relevant departments attach importance to enrich and improve the medicines listed after the re-evaluation system,to strengthen various aspects of TCM injections supervision,in order to better able to guide the clinical medication,give full play to the TCM injections therapeutic effect but to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions.
