| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用坎地沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年性高血压性心脏病患者左室肥厚及心力衰竭的疗效。方法将60岁以上合并左室肥厚、I-Ⅱ级稳定的慢性心力衰竭的89例高血压患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，分别采用坎地沙坦和坎地沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组的LVPWT、LVD和LVEF改善状况明显好于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组患者因急性心力衰竭再入院次数明显低于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论采用坎地沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年性高血压性心脏病患者左室肥厚及心力衰竭具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of Candesartan combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of senile hypertensive heart disease patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and heart failure.Methods Eighty-nine hypertensive patients over 60 years of age with left ventricular hypertrophy,Ⅰ-Ⅱ stable chronic heart failure were divided into observation group and control group,respectively by Candesartan treatment and the treatment of Candesartan combined with Metoprolol.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05),the situation to improve of LVPWT,LVD and LVEF of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),the readmission frequency of the observation group patients due to acute heart failure was lower than the control group patients(P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of Candesartan combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of senile hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and heart failure has better curative effect. |
