| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方阿嗪米特对功能性消化不良患者腹胀症状以及胃容受性舒张功能的影响,从而探讨复方阿嗪米特在功能性消化不良治疗中的作用。方法30例FD患者予复方阿嗪米特肠溶片口服,每天3次,每次2粒,治疗2周。于治疗前后进行腹胀症状评分,并做饮水负荷试验评价胃底容受性舒张功能。结果治疗2周后患者腹胀症状积分明显下降(P<0.05),饮水负荷试验的最大饮水量明显增加(P<0.05),患者饮水前、饮水完即时以及饮水后30 m in的VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率为86.7%。结论复方阿嗪米特是治疗功能性消化不良的安全、有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the effect of compound azintamide on abdominal fullness and acceptive relaxation of stomach in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods 30 patients with functional dyspepsia were enrolled.Compound azintamide were given 2 tablets 3 times daily for 2 weeks.The change of symptom scores of abdominal fullness and water loading tests were studied before and after treatment.Results The symptom score were significantly decreased and the maximal water loading volume were increased(P<0.05).ConclusionCompound azintamide is an effective and safe drug in functional dyspepsia treatment. |
