偏心髋臼旋转截骨术术后康复护理

[目的]探讨偏心髋臼旋转截骨术后康复训练的方法,促进术后功能改善和恢复,减少术后并发症,提高手术效果。[方法]对2008年12月—2011年12月施行的12例(14髋)偏心髋臼旋转截骨术病人术后按康复护理程序进行系统康复功能训练并进行临床随访观察。[结果]11例(13髋)髋关节活动后疼痛较前有缓解,1例(1髋)髋关节活动后疼痛加重;CE角从术前平均4°(1°～15°)改善为术后平均27°;髋关节屈曲从术前平均65°改善为术后平均100°,外展从术前平均28°改善为术后平均35°;Harris评分从术前平均85.2分(65分～95分)改善为术后平均95分(85分～100分)。[结论]偏心髋臼旋转截骨术对先天性髋臼发育不良等合并早期骨性关节炎的病人是一种有效的治疗方法,术后按康复护理程序进行功能锻炼,对防止术后并发症、促进功能恢复有重要作用。

Postoperative rehabilitation nursing of eccentric acetabular rotation osteotomy

Objective:To probe into the methods of postoperative rehabilitation training of eccentric acetabular rotation osteotomy,so as to promote functional improvement and recovery,to reduce postoperative complications and improve the efficacy of the operation.Methods:A total of 12 patients from December 2008 to December 2011 who accepted eccentric acetabular rotation osteotomy were given systemic functional rehabilitation training and accepted clinical follow-up.Results:11 patients got pain relief than before and one patient pain worsened.CE angle improved from the preoperative average of 4°(1° ~ 15°) to postoperative mean 27°;thurl flexion improved from a preoperative average of 65°to an average of 100°,abduction improved from a preoperative average of 28° to an average of 35°;Harris score improved from preoperative average of 85.2 points(65~95 points) to postoperative average of 95 points(85~100 points).Conclusion:Eccentric acetabular rotation osteotomy is an effective treatment for patients with congenital acetabular dysplasia combined with early osteoarthritis.Postoperative functional exercise which is according to rehabilitation nursing program plays an important role to prevent postoperative complications and promote functional recovery.
