| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨整体护理干预对不孕症病人体外受精与胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的影响。[方法]将2011年1月—2011年10月接受IVF-ET治疗的1 461例病人随机分为护理干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,护理干预组实施整体护理,比较两组病人的术后妊娠率。[结果]护理干预组病人的妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]不孕症病人采用IVF-ET结合整体护理,可有效提高妊娠成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the influence of holistic nursing intervention on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET） for patients with infertility.Methods：Retrospective analysis was carried out for the clinical data of a total of 1461 patients who accepted IVF-ET in affiliated Sun Yat-sen memorial hospital from Jan.in 2011 to Oct.in 2011.All patients were divided into nursing intervention group and control group randomly,and the post-operative pregnancy rate was compared between both groups.Results：The pregnancy rate of patients in nursing intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：IVF-ET in combined to holistic nursing intervention can effectively enhance the success rate of pregnancy of the infertility patients |
