饥饿及复食过程中大鼠垂体催乳素细胞超微结构的变化

摘    要:
本文观察了急性饥饿过程中催乳素细胞超微结构的变化及复食对该变化的影响。结果表明:在饥饿早期超微结构无明显改变,部分催乳素细胞可以见到分泌活动增强。随着饥饿的加重,超微结构的改变也越明显,提示催乳素的合成和释放均明显降低。饥饿5天后复食3天则可见催乳素细胞超微结构基本恢复或接近正常。

Abstract:
Ultrastructural changes of pituitary mammotrophs during acute starvationand refeeding was observed. In the early stage of starvation mammotrophs didnot show any obvious ultrastractural alteration, some even showed the signsof increased secretion of PRL, in comparison with the full-fed rats. Thesevere morphological changes of the cells occured in the late stage of starvation,which suggests that both synthesis and release of PRL are inhibited. Lmpairedultrastructure was recovered almost to normal after 3-day-refeeding
