1993-2000年中山市某医院肿瘤住院患者构成分析

目的 了解1993-2000年中山市某三甲医院肿瘤住院患者基本构成，为中山市肿瘤防治工作开展提供科学依据。方法 整理分析中山市某医院1993-2000年肿瘤住院患者的病案资料。结果 1993-2000年该医院肿瘤患者住院人数分别占男、女与合计总住院人数的第4、2与5位，且有明显逐年增加趋势，结论 该医院肿瘤患者住院人数在同期总住院人数中占相当比例，且有逐年增加趋势，提示应根据上述资料加强肿瘤科室建设。

In-patient Proportion of Tumor in a Hospital of Zhongshan from 1993 to 2000

Objective To analyze the in patient proportion of tumor in a general hospital of Zhongshan from 1993 to 2000, and to provide scientific data for tumor prevention and treatment in Zhongshan Methods All medical records of tumor in patients were collected and analyzed. Results In the hospital tumor ranked No. 4 in male, No.2 in female and No.5 in total among all diseases from 1993 to 2000, and there was an increasing trend for the tumor in patient numbers Conclusion Tumor is one of major diseases in the hospital. The increasing tumor in patient numbers in the hospital from 1993 to 2000 suggests a need of enhancing of the oncological department.
