| 摘 要： | 随着乳腺癌个体化、规范化综合治疗理念的推广,乳腺MRI在综合治疗中的作用日益受到重视。伴随乳腺MRI临床应用开展和研究的深入,其在乳腺癌的诊断、保乳治疗、新辅助化疗(NAC)以及随访监测中的应用价值得到评估。乳腺MRI对肿瘤范围的精确显示为多种治疗方式的合理应用、评估及监测治疗效果等方面具有重要价值,对乳腺癌综合治疗起着不可替代的作用。
