牙外伤脱落再植的临床观察

目的 :本文通过对 5 0例、80颗牙外伤脱落后实施再植 ,观察其临床特点、分析成功的相关因素。方法 :将外伤后脱落的牙齿用生理盐水冲洗干净 ,浸泡于庆大霉素液中 30min ,原位植于牙槽窝内 ,牙弓夹板固定。结果 :经 1～ 5年随访 80颗外伤脱落牙再植成功 72颗 ,成功率 90 %。结论 :牙脱落后及时行正确的再植处理 ,能够保留患牙 ,是恢复患者咀嚼、语言功能和面容的有效方法

Clinical observation of tooth replantation due to post-traumatic odontoptosis

Objective To observe the clilinical characteristic s and to analyze the relavant factors of success.Through 50 cases of so pieces of teeth replantation after traumatic odontoptosis.Method Clean the teeth due to post-traumatic odontoptosis with physiological saline,dip it in ge ntamycin for 30 minutes,then plant it in its original site of dental alveoli and fasten it with splint.Results Follow up survey of 80 pieces of t eeth replantation due to post-traumatic odontoptosis for 1-5 years.72 teeth ar e alive.The rate of success is 90%.Conclusions Immediate and righ t treatment of tooth replantation due to post-traumatic odontoptosis is the mos t effective ways to rehabilitate patient's fuction of chewing.Speaking and compl exion.
