摘    要:
目的 调查分析6 000例学龄期儿童体格发育情况。方法 按整群随机抽样的方法选取河源市龙川县县城区8所学校的6 000例学龄期儿童为研究对象,对其身高、体重指标进行调查,采用组间独立t检验方法与其他九市标准进行比较,并计算超重、肥胖发生率。结果 该县6 000例学龄期儿童身高、体重明显高于其他地区,各年龄组儿童超重、肥胖发生率较高,男童超重、肥胖发生率明显高于女童,差异有统计学意义(χ2=134.90,P<0.05)。结论 该县学龄期儿童体格发育水平较高,各年龄组儿童超重、肥胖问题较严重。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the physical development of 6000 school aged children.Methods A total of 6000 school aged children from 8 schools in Longchuan County,Heyuan City were selected according to the cluster random sampling method.The height and weight were investigated,and the results were compared with other nine city standards by the interblock independent t test,and the incidence rates of overweight and obesity were calculated.Results The height and weight of 6000 school aged children in the county were significantly higher than those of other nine city standards.The incidence rates of overweight and obesity were higher in all age groups,and the incidence rates of overweight and obesity in the boys were significantly higher than those in the girls(χ^2=134.90,P<0.05).Conclusion The physical development level is relatively high in school aged children in the county.The problems of overweight and obesity are serious in the children of all age groups.
