诺维本单药及联合顺铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌随机对照研究

目的:探讨诺维本(NVB)单药与NVB 顺铂(DDP)治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和不良反应。方法:将58例老年晚期NSCLC患者随机分为两组,观察两方案治疗两周期后的有效率(RR)、中位生存时间(MST)、1年生存率和不良反应。结果:NVB组及NVB DDP组的RR分别为30.0%和39.3%(P=0.23),MST分别为9.1个月和9.3个月(P=0.43),1年生存率分别为43.3%和46.4%(P=0.52),差别均无统计学意义。但NVB组的消化道毒性、骨髓毒性、肾脏损伤及疲乏均显著低于NVB DDP组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NVB单药或NVB DDP联合均是治疗老年晚期NSCLC的较好方案,二者疗效相似,但NVB单药不良反应更少见,较易为老年患者接受。

A randomized comparative trial of NVB alone versus NVB plus DDP for treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Objective: To contrast the efficacies and adverse effect of NVB alone and NVB plus DDP(NVB DDP) in treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 58 elderly NSCLC patients were randomly assigned to a regimen of NVB alone or NVB DDP.Response rates(RR),median survival time(MST),1-year survival rate and adverse effect were observed and compared after two cycles.Results:The response rate of patients were 30.0% in NVB group and 39.3% in NVB DDP group(P=0.23).The median survival time were 9.1 months in NVB group and 9.3 months in NVB DDP group(P=0.43).The 1-year survival rate were 43.3% and 46.4%(P=0.52).There were no significances between two groups.The rates of nausea/vomiting,myelo-supression,kidney damage and fatigue in NVB group were lower than those in NVB DDP group(P<0.05).Conclusion:NVB alone and NVB DDP combination are both effective for elderly advanced NSCLC,but the adverse effects are lower in NVB alone group which is favorable for the elderly.
