| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卵巢浆液性和粘液性肿瘤中粘蛋白MUC5AC的表达及临床病理意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测90例卵巢浆液性和黏液性肿瘤中黏蛋白MUC5AC的表达.结果:(1)良性、交界性、恶性卵巢肿瘤中MUC5AC的阳性表达依次为55%(11/20)、50%(10/20)、22%(11/50),P=0.0044;(2)黏蛋白MUC5AC的表达与组织学类型、病理分级相关(P＜0.05),与年龄、肿物大小、FIGO临床分期无关(P＞0.05);结论:黏蛋白MUC5AC在卵巢浆液性和黏液性肿瘤中呈下调表达,MUC5AC与卵巢恶性黏液性肿瘤的发生、发展相关. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of mucin MUC5AC in serous and mucinous ovarian tumors and its clinical pathological significance. Methods:The expression of mucin MUC5AC was detected in serous and mucinous ovarian tumors by!immunohistochemical SP method. Results:(1)The positive rate of MUC5AC in benign ovarian tumor, borderline ovarian tumor, ovarian cancer were 55%, 50% and 22%, P=0.0044; (2)Expression of MUC5AC was associated with histological type, pathological grade, but not with age, tumor size, FIGO stage.Conclusion:Expression of mucin MUC5AC is declining in serous and mucinous ovarian tumors, mucin MUC5AC is related with generation of malignant tumor. |
