| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血必净注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)患者凝血功能的影响。方法:无凝血功能障碍的SAP患者40例随机分为两组,对照组20例给予常规综合治疗,治疗组20例加用血必净注射液治疗。分别检测两组患者治疗前、治疗后1、3、7天的凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)和血小板计数(PLT)。结果:治疗组治疗后第7天的检测指标与对照组比较差异有显著性意义。结论:血必净注射液对SAP患者的凝血功能有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of xuebijing injection on cruor function in severe acute pancreatitis(PAP).Methods:40 cases of SAP without cruor function were randomly divided into the treatment group(20 cases) and the contrast group(20 cases).Both groups were treated by normal therapy and the treatment group by Xuebijing injection additionally.PT,TT,APTT,FBG and PLT before therapy and 1,3,7 days after therapy were observed.Results:The examined indexes of the treatment group were obviously different from those of the contrast group.Conclusion:Xuebijing injection has protection effect on cruor function in SAP. |
