| 摘 要： | 目的观察三维适形放射治疗膀胱癌的治疗效果。方法23例膀胱癌(原发10例,术后复发13例)经三维适形放射治疗,5-8Gy／次,隔日一次,肿瘤灶总剂量DT 4 800-6 600cGY。随访6-36个月,平均18个月。结果治疗3个月后复查CT,肿块完全消失(CR)17例,缩小≥1／2(PR)6例,血尿完全消失。总有效率100％。6个月后再度复查CT,CR已达20例,PR为3例。结论三维适形放射治疗膀胱癌是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the response of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) for bladder cancer. Methods 23 patients with this disease were treated with 3D-CRT which was given one time per two days, from 5 to 8 GY per fraction; the total dosage, from 48 to 66GY.All the cases were followed-up ranged from 6 to 36 months (averaged 18 months).Results All the patients were reexamined later 3 months after treatment; neoplasm-mass completely disappeared in 17 patients, shrinked over 1/2 in 6 patients. They were again reexamined later 6 months after treatment, neoplasm-mass completely disappeared in 20 patients, shrinked over 1/2 in 3 patients. Thus the overall response rate was 100% for the primary tumor. Conclusion 3D-CRT is well tolerated to most patients with bladder cancer, and can obtaind a good responses. |
