| Abstract: | Introduction Primary ovarian leiomyoma is a quite rare tumor and usually it is small and unilateral. Most cases are asymptomatic. This benign tumor is usually diagnosed incidentally on routine pelvic examination or in pathologic specimens at surgery or at autopsy. |
