| 摘 要： | 目的观察体外冲击波对慢性腰臀部软组织损伤性疼痛的治疗作用。方法 40例慢性腰臀部软组织损伤性疼痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。治疗组以患者的疼痛点为中心,行体外冲击波疗法,对照组给予聚焦超声治疗。分别进行治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评估(VAS)。结果治疗后,治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论体外冲击波疗法是一种有效的治疗慢性腰臀部软组织损伤性疼痛的方法。 |
