The Problem and Countermeasure of the New Post Doctor during the Study in the Hospital's Departments

To discuss how to strength our hospital's management of the new post doctor and cultivate high-quality talent.Point out the problems of the new post doctor,such as being short of enough understanding,short of communication with the patient and the ideology easy to wave and falter.To the problems,we take a lot of measures to save the problems,such as strenthing understanding of the study,strengthing the moral education of medicine and to do ideology work in the later study.
