摘    要:目的 :通过言语识别了解耳内式助听器和耳背式助听器的使用者在言语分辨率的差别。方法 :使用CD机播放言语测听材料 ,采用听说复述法 (开放法 )和听话识图法 (闭合法 ) ,对功率相近、性能相似的 32耳耳内式助听器使用者和 30耳耳背式助听器使用者 ,分别进行单耳聆听条件下的言语测试 ,言语信号类型选用单音节词和双音节词 ,每耳测听单音节词和双音节词各 2 0个。结果 :耳内式助听器和耳背式助听器使用者的使用效果相比 ,在言语分辨率上无论开放式、闭合式对双音节词和单音节词的分辨率无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。助听器使用者进行双音节词和单音节词的分辨率比较 ,开放式的状态下 ,双音节词和单音节词相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,闭合式的状态下 ,双音节词和单音节词相比无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :言语测听在助听器的选配中有不可替代的作用 ,但实际实施受诸多因素的影响

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the difference of speech resolving power between in the ear (ITE) hearing aids and behind the ear (BTE) hearing aids in users through speech recognition. Methods: A CD player was used to play the language testing materials. The methods of listening, speaking, repeating (open method), listening and distinguishing pictures (close method) were used. The users of type 32 ITE and type 30 BTE hearing aids had the similar power and functions. The language test with one ear listening was performed. Words were chosen as the type of speech, and each ear was tested with 20 monosyllabic and disyllabic words, respectively. Results: Comparing the efficacy of the users' ITE and BTE hearing aids, there were no significant differences in speech resolving power, no matter whether it was an open one or a close one, monosyllabic words or disyllabic words ( P >0.05). When the hearing aids users applied both monosyllabic and disyllabic words in comparison to the resolving power under the conditions of open status, there were significant differences between monosyllabic words and disyllabic words ( P <0.05), while under the conditions of close status, there were no significant differences between them ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Speech audiometry has an effect that cannot be replaced in choosing hearing aids, but it is always affected by many factors in the real practice.
