祛风湿中药镇痛抗炎的药性研究

目的:研究祛风湿中药的药性理论。方法:采用药理学研究手段研究20味祛风湿中药的镇痛抗炎的药性理论。结果:4类祛风湿中药都有镇痛作用,相比较,其中舒筋活络药和祛风湿强筋骨药镇痛作用较强。祛风湿止痹痛药和辛温(热)合归脾胃经药(温经强肢肌药)镇痛作用相对较弱,然而在抗急性渗出性炎症方面,这两类药作用更强,祛风湿强筋骨药相对最弱。20味药中只有续断1味抗急性渗出性炎症作用强度等级之和为3个 ,没有达标,即其抗急性渗出性炎症的作用价值不大。5味祛风湿止痹痛药和5味祛风湿强筋骨药抗佐剂性关节炎的作用强度全部达标,都在 以上,而在5味温经强肢肌药中却有半夏、砂仁、厚朴3味未能达标。在抗滤纸肉芽肿中,5味祛风湿强筋骨药的作用强度全部为 ,温经强肢肌药也有较强的抗肉芽肿作用。结论:镇痛抗急性渗出性炎症是这4类祛风湿中药的共同药效谱。抗佐剂性关节炎可能是祛风湿止痹痛药和祛风湿强筋骨药的共同药效之一。抗肉芽肿可能是祛风湿止痹痛药、祛风湿强筋骨药和温经强肢肌药的共同药效之一。所以辛温(热)合归脾胃经药也是可以作为温经强肢肌药融入到祛风湿类药物中,此类药的祛风湿共同药效谱包括镇痛、抗急性渗出性炎症和抗肉芽肿。舒筋活络药的祛风湿共同药效谱包括镇痛、抗急性渗出性炎症和抗佐剂性关节炎。

A Study on the Anti-inflammation and Analgesic Effects of Nature of Anti-rheumatism Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To study the theory of nature of anti-rheumatism traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: To study the medical theory of antiinflammatory and analgesic effect of 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, pharmacological methods were used. Results: Four types of anti-rheumatism Chinese medicine have the effect of abirritation. Comparatively, the abirritation effect of ease-tendon and meridian medicine and those of anti-rheumatism and strengthening the bones and muscles is better. Anti-rheumatism and abirritation medicines together with pungent and warming interior stomach meridian medicines (warming meridian, strengthening bones and muscles medicine) have comparatively less abirritation effect. But at the respect of anti acute exudative inflammation, these two types have better effect, and for those of anti-rheumatism and strengthening the bones and muscles, the effect is the least. Amongst 20 kinds of Chinese medicine, only Xuduan has 3 of the sum of anti acute exudative inflammation level, does not meet standard. This means that it has little value for treat anti acute exudative inflammation. For 5 anti-rheumatism and abirritation medicines and 5 medicines of anti-rheumatism, strengthening bones and muscles, the levels of anti adjuvant-induced arthritis effect completely meet the standard, at least . Among 5 warming meridian, strengthening bones and muscles medicines, Banxia, Sharen and Houpo did not meet the standard. For the anti filter paper granuloma effect, the levels of 5 medicines of anti-rheumatism, strengthening bones and muscles are all . Medicines of warming meridian, strengthening bones and muscles also have good effects for granuloma. Conclusion: Abirritation and anti acute exudative inflammation is the common medical effect spectrum. Anti adjuvant-induced arthritis is probably one of the common effect of Anti-rheumatism and abirritation medicines and anti-rheumatism, strengthening bones and muscles medicines. Anti granuloma is probably one of the common effect of Anti-rheumatism and abirritation medicines, anti-rheumatism, strengthening bones and muscles medicines and warming meridian, strengthening bones and muscles medicines. Therefore, pungent and warming interior stomach meridian medicines can also be considered warming meridian, strengthening bones and muscles medicines, listing in the medicines of anti-rheumatism type. The common anti-rheumatism effect spectrum of these types of medicine includes abirritation, anti acute exudative inflammation and anti granuloma. The common anti-rheumatism effect spectrum of ase-tendon and meridian medicines includes abirritation, anti acute exudative inflammation and anti adjuvant-induced arthritis.
