多道人工耳蜗植入的护理干预及效果分析

目的 对重度感音神经性耳聋患儿行多道人工耳蜗植入术的相关护理问题进行探讨。方法 对5例6岁以下的先天性聋哑症患儿行奥地利Me—Del公司生产的Combi40型电子耳蜗植入术；同时指导患者进行长期艰苦的听力语言康复训练，从辨别环境声响，分辨音量大小，到能听懂语言和学习语言。结果 全部患儿术后无并发症，术后30d人工耳蜗开机调试，效果良好；现在已能发出正确声音，取得了预期的临床效果。结论 人工耳蜗成为重度或极重度语后聋成人和儿童及语前聋儿童的有效治疗方法，是一种相对安全的手术，发生严重并发症的机会较少。为家庭及患者确定适当的期望值是术前评估的重要内容，更重要的是术后要经过长期的语言训练才能重建听力系统，同时良好的家庭支持系统是手术成功的保证。

Nursing interference and effect analysis for transplanting multi-channel cochlea

Objective To discuss the nursing relevant question during transplanting multi-channel artificial cochlea for children with profound sensorineural hearing loss.Methods The electrical cochlea of Combi40 made by Me-Del Corp from Austria were transplanted into 5 congenital deaf and dumb children under 6 age,and the patients were guided simultaneously to train healing audition,which included distinguishing environment sound,discerning volume,listening and learning language.Results No complication appeared in all children.The testing of artificial cochlea were very good after one month of operation.Now they can make right sound.The anticipated clinic results are achieved.Conclusion Transplanting artificial cochlea is an effective treatment for heavy or most heavy acquired deaf people and congenital deaf children.It is a relatively safe operation and there is little seriously complication.On the other hand,it is an important content for evaluating preoperation that confirming proper expectation for patients and their family.It is more important that hearing organ can be rebuild after long term language training.Good family supporting system can guarantee operation success.
