| 摘 要： | 目的:研究双环醇治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:慢性乙型肝炎46例,随机分成两组:治疗组25例,在一般保肝治疗(水飞蓟宾)基础上加用双环醇25mg,tid,疗程6个月;对照组21例,使用一般保肝(水飞蓟宾)治疗,疗程6个月。两组均停药后继续观察3个月。结果:治疗组在HBV-DNA阴转、HBeAg阴转、HBeAg/HBeAb转换率上均较对照组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:双环醇具有明显的降酶和一定的抗病毒疗效,其抗病毒作用随时间延长而增高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy of bicycol in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods:46patients with chronic hepatitis B were enrolled into the study. They were divided to receive bicycol in a dose of 25mg three times daily for 6 months in addition to silibinin therapy (n = 25, active group) or only silibinin treatment for 6 months (n =21, control group). Both groups were followed up for another 3 months after withdrawal of treatment. Results: After treatment, the negative-turning rate for HBV-DNA, HBeAg, and HBeAg/HBeAb in the active group was higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Results indicated that bicycol show significantly effect in decrease of ALT and AST level and in some anti-virus activity and these effects are increased along with the increase of therapeutic time. |
