12例老年人早期心力衰竭的误诊分析

目的:探讨老年人早期心力衰竭误诊的原因.方法:回顾性分析老年人患有不同心脏病并发生心力衰竭的临床资料.结果:经治疗12例病人均收到良好疗效,症状与体征消失.结论:老年人心力衰竭发生率高,症状与体征均不典型,要高度重视,早发现、早治疗,可减少死亡率.

Clinical analysis of 12 cases of early heart failure in the elderly

Objective:To investigate the clinical manifestations of early heart failure in the elderly,so as to avoid the misdiagnosis of this disease.Methods:The elderly patients aged>60 years old(no difference of gender),whose symptoms and signs of heart fialure were atypical,were slected randomly.All cases were treated in accordance with heart failure.Results:All patients achieved good effect,symptoms and signs disappeared.Conclusion:The incidence rate of elderly heart failure is high,and the symptoms and signs are all atypical,more weight must be placed on this disease.Early discovery and early treatment can decrease the mortality.
