| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析急诊一期组合组织移植手再造的远期疗效.方法对26例全手严重毁损伤,采用八种组合组织移植的方式进行了急诊一期手再造,其中组合母体应用股前外侧皮瓣21例,第二足趾5例.血管吻合方式并联16例、串联6例、串-并联组合4例.结果 26例60个游离组织完全成活58个,部分坏死经换药治愈2个.术后随访2～11年,平均4.5年,再造手功能按有关标准评定优10例、良12例、可3例、差1例.结论急诊一期组合组织移植修复手部严重创伤,具有最大限度地保留手部残存非失活组织及功能,最大限度地修复手部功能的优点,是理想的治疗方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective Reviewing analysis the long-term effect of primary reconstruction of hand with combined complex tissue transplatation. Methods 8 kinds of the combined complex tissue transplantation were use to reconstruct 26 cases hand severe trauma. In combinating parent substance, there were 21 cases tensor fasciae latae perforator flap and 5 cases the second toe. The way of blood vessels connection: 16 cases were parallel, 6caseswereseiies, 4caseswerecombinal. Results In60fresstissueof26cases, of58cases completely survived. Followed up for 2 to 11 years, the results were excellent in 10 cases, good in 12 cases, general in 3 case, had in 1 case. Conclusion Emergent combined transplantation is an effective and ideal method in hand reconstruction. |
