基层医院开展手法小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的体会

目的 讨论基层医院开展手法小切口白内障摘出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术的体会,并评价手术效果。方法 2003年2月-2006年1月本院收治的白内障522例（562眼）,均施行手法小切口非乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入。结果本组病人随访3-6月,视力0.05-0.4者53眼占9.43%。视力≥0.5者509眼,占90.57%,0.8-1.5者175眼,占31.14%,并发症有术中后囊破裂玻璃体脱出28眼（4.98%）,术后角膜内皮水肿84眼（14.95%）,后囊浑浊53眼（9.43%）,未见严重并发症。结论 在基层医院开展手法小切口白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术,可以达到较好的治盲目的。

Cataract extraction with small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation in primary levelhospital

Objective To discuss the comprehension of cataract extraction in small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation in primary level hospital and estimate the efficacy of this method. Methods In this study, 522 cataractous patients(562 eyes) in our hospital accepted cataract extraction in small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation. Results All cases were followed for 3-6 months. In this group 9.43%(53 eyes ) visual acuity was 0.05-0.4, and 90.57%(509 eyes) visual acuity was more than 0.5, and 31.14%(175 eyes) visual acuity was 0.8-1.5. In the operation, 4.98% (28 eyes) vitreous were prolapsed, and postoperatative 9.43% (84 eyes) corneal endothelium were edema, and 9.43%(53 eyes) cases was posterior capsular opacification.There were no serious complications. Conclusions This surgery method is useful in primary level hospital, and it can get a good result.
