| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨平板运动试验诱发心律失常的特点与临床价值。方法：对198例受检者依据平板运动试验结果分为试验肛性组和阴性组，比较两组心律失常发生率及特征，运动试验方案采用Bruce方案亚极量或极量进行心律失常分析。同步监测血压和12导联心电图，记录运动前、运动中及恢复期的血压和心电图。结果：198例运动试验诱发心律失常共46例，其中男性32例，女性14例。心律失常发生率为23．2％，运动试验阳性组心律失常发生率55．6％（20／36），明显高于阴性组16．1％（26／162）（P〈0．05）。运动中诱发心律失常19例，运动终止即刻至运动后恢复期诱发心律失常27例。心律失常以室性心律失常为多见，占58．7％；房性心律失常占37％；其他占4．3％。结论：运动试验阳性组诱发的心律失常明显多于阴性组，以室性心律失常为常见，与运动诱发心肌缺血有关，因此应重视恢复期的心电监测。

| Abstract: | Objective:Investigating the test-induced arrhythmia characteristics in the treadmill test.Methods: Based on 198 cases of treadmill test results,patients were divided into test positive groups and negative ones.Submaximal or maximal dose of standard Bruce program were applied to analyze arrhythmias.Blood pressure,12-lead ECG were monistored pre-test,during test and after test.Results: Among the 198 cases there were 46 cases with induced arrhythmia.The occurrence rate of arrhythmia was 23.2%,but 55.6%(20/36) ... |
