摘 要: | ![]() 目的 应用应变率成像(SRI)技术评价冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后左室心功能的变化.方法 对60例行PCI术的冠心病患者术前1 d、术后3 d、1个月测量左室缺血心肌收缩期、等容舒张期负向的应变率峰值、舒张早期 (SR_S、SR_(PSS)、SR_E)以及出现SR_(PSS)节段数、持续时间(T_(PSS)),利用双平面Simpson法计算左室射血分数(LVEF),与正常对照组进行对比研究.结果 与正常对照组相比,缺血节段SR_S、SR_E降低,SR_(PSS)增大,出现节段数增多,T_(PSS)延长;术后3 d与术前相比,SR_E增高,SR_(PSS)降低,T_(PSS)缩短,差异有显著意义(P< 0.05),术后1个月SR_S、LVEF差异有显著意义(P< 0.05).结论 应变率能够更为客观、准确的评价冠心病PCI术后左室局部心功能的变化.

Quantitative Assessment of Regional Left Ventricular Function by Strain Rate Imaging in Coronary Artery Disease Patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention |

Abstract: | ![]() Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate left ventricular (LV) systolic and diastolic function with Strain Rate Imaging (SRI) in coronary artery disease patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods One day before PCI,the third day and one month after PCI,SRI was performed in sixty patients with more than one coronary arteries stenosis (the stenosis rate of coronary arterial tree was between 75% and 99%),ascertained by coronary arteriongraphy.Segmental myocardial systolic,peak SR of post systolic systole (SR_(PSS)),early diastolic SR (SR_S,SR_E),the SR_(PSS) segment numbers and duration time(T_(PSS))were measured respectively.At the same time,the LV volume at the end of diastole was measured and LV ejection fraction (LVEF) was calculated with bio-plane Simpson method.Results The SR_S and SR_E degraded.Peak SR_(PSS) augmented.The SR_(PSS) segment numbers increased and the T_(PSS) extended compared with the data of the normal control group.On the third day after PCI,SR_E and SR_(PSS) in ischemic segment was upgraded.Compared with the rate before PCI (P<0.05),SR_(PSS) segment numbers and peak SR_(PSS) decreased significantly and the T_(PSS) decreased,too.The SR_E and LVEF were all improved significantly 1 month later compared with those before PCI (P<0.05).Conclusions SR could be used to evaluate the LV systolic and diastolic function after PCI more objectively and accurately. |
